The Madison & Main Gallery is an artists’ cooperative gallery organized in 1987 by artists from Northern Colorado. Our members include 20+ member-artists plus numerous consignment artists and featured guests. We are painters, potters, jewelers, sculptors, wood crafters, fiber artists, photographers and multi-media artists who are dedicated to artistic innovation and expression.
Our displays of art work are continually changing.
“Alive” opens this week at the Madison & Main Gallery. Our Garden Show explores what it truly means to be alive—from the unseen microbial world beneath our feet to plants, animals, and everything that thrives in between. This show celebrates the full spectrum of life found in a garden, inviting you to look closer, imagine more, and experience the energy and interconnectedness of living things. The guest artists are Hollis Berendt, Ruth Hesse, Anita Martin, Kellsie Moore, and Julie Neri.
On First Friday, May 1, the gallery will have an Opening Reception from 5-7 pm. Come and meet the guest artists and gallery artists. To thank you for coming in, we will be giving away small plants while they last.
The gallery artists have numerous pieces of new work including oil paintings, watercolors, acrylics, photography, functional and decorative pottery, metalwork, mixed media, a wide variety of handmade jewelry, books written by local authors, and many more works of art. The members of the gallery invite you to join them for this exciting show that runs from April 28 through June 26, 2026.
On First Friday, June 5, ART PARTY!! from 5-7 pm with an artist talk by Robert from BCHoney Beekeeping from 5:30-6:30. Come join us in the gallery garden for fun.
The Gallery also has a Tiny Bookshelf section! Stop in to see some wonderful books by local authors, including Gallery members.

MadMain members work to create a calendar of six unique show themes for the year. The gallery display is rotated every two months to highlight the new theme and bring in guest artists and their unique, original, and exciting pieces.
